Setting and Achieving Your Health Goals

It’s proven that people who set goals are more successful than people who don’t. Many times we have intentions of making changes to our health that will improve our life but we don’t write down what we want to change or we lack the clarity necessary for making changes. Setting goals gives us the clarity, direction and confidence needed for achieving what we want in life.
In this 6-week course you will have the opportunity to identify, set, and begin achieving your goals for optimal physical, mental, emotional, and spiritual well-being. Led by Judah Veitel, Siskiyou Vital Medicine’s Nutrition & Lifestyle Coach and HeartMath Mentor, you will receive personalized guidance on achieving your desired level of health. Move from wishing to change to making the changes you want in your life.
