This is an all-levels Vinyasa flow class that emphasizes form and breathe within each yoga posture. Core strength, flexibility, and balance are at the center of this class structure, all while focusing on accurate alignment. Time is spent in sun salutations and other target poses that bring benefit within the practice. Join this class if you want to create space for your physical alignment, deep breathing, mindfulness, and awareness of your body.
Props and modifications will be offered for proper alignment and support in poses. Please bring your yoga mat and any other personal props that you have to class.
Cost: $10 for SVM Members/$12 for Non Members
