IF YOU NEED A REFILL
We are happy to get our member’s prescriptions refilled. Please know that we do our best to get this taken care of as quickly as we can. We customarily need 5-7 business days to ensure that all refills are processed in a timely manner so please let us know ahead of time when you’re about 2 weeks from running out of medication. Please first contact your pharmacy to inquire whether you have additional refills left and if not, please ask the pharmacy to send us a refill request.
