Membership with Siskikyou Vital Medicine can NOT be paid by health insurance. Siskiyou Vital Medicine is a Direct Primary Care clinic, which comes with several benefits – quicker access to a doctor, longer appointment times, no surprise bills, and more. It can be combined with a high deductible health insurance plan to cover things that membership doesn’t pay for, like some labs.
Members of Siskiyou Vital Medicine pay a set monthly fee for their primary care needs, and doctor visits do not cost extra – no copays!
Patients have quick access to their doctors – appointments are scheduled within a week or two, or even on the same day for acute needs.
Doctor and patient create a trusting relationship, so the doctor gets to know about the patient’s health challenges and history and can treat more effectively.
Regular health check-ins help the patient address issues before they become problems, which leaves patients healthier and happier, with less time being sick and more time being able to do what they love doing.

“Do You Accept Insurance?” And Other Questions
Much of what Siskiyou Vital Medicine offers though in-office services and virtual visits eliminates the need for insurance claims.
For major medical needs not covered by our membership, many of our patients carry a High Deductible Health Plan (HDHP). This is often accessed through an employer or through the Healthcare Marketplace. Our patients often find that they spend substantially less on their healthcare overall by layering their insurance plan with their PHP membership.
Siskiyou Vital Medicine also accepts HSA (Health Saving Accounts) and FSA (Flexible Spending Accounts) for treatments at the clinic.
Do I have to be a member to be seen at Siskiyou Vital Medicine?
Siskiyou Vital Medicine is a full members-only clinic since January 2025, which means only members can be seen by our physicians. There are many benefits for being a member here. If you would like to join, please fill out the application form below.
Do your plans serve as health insurance?
Membership at Siskiyou Vital Medicine is not insurance coverage. Our services are designed to complement your current health measures.
What if I need a prescription filled?
Naturopathic doctors here in Oregon are able to write, refill and modify your prescriptions just as allopathic doctors are.
How long are your appointments?
Appointments generally take between 30 – 60 minutes. The length of the appointment depends entirely upon our individual patient needs. We prefer to get to know our patients in a relaxed setting and address all their questions and needs.
Do you have family health plans?
Yes, we offer family plans, as well as memberships for individuals. Please contact us for availability and pricing.

If you don’t have access to insurance or can’t afford your deductibles and copays, this plan is for you.
Rogue Health Memberships are bundled healthcare options that include Direct or Virtual Primary Care (DPC or VPC), Medical Cost Sharing, and Ancillary Benefits, like Dental/Vision, Critical Illness, Income Protection insurance and more to supplement DPC/VPC, for a cost-effective healthcare experience.

Memberships are started with a 12 month agreement and change to monthly after the first year.
There is a non-refundable, one-time $250 enrollment fee.
Pay for the whole year at once at a 10% discount.
To cancel, give us 30 day notice. If canceled before the first year is over, we reserve the right to charge any remaining months at the monthly membership rate.

Because we are not limited by Health Insurance, we can offer many treatments a conventional healthcare clinic cannot provide. Many of our treatments can be accessed by members and non-members alike, but as a member you will get them at a substantial discount.
