Watermelon, Cucumber & Avocado Salad Recipe

Ingredients (for 2 people)

  • 2 cups watermelon, cubed
  • ½ large cucumber, cubed
  • ½ avocado, cubed
  • ¼ cup crumbled feta
  • 1 Tbsp fresh mint, torn
